In a MC Divorced Case, if husband gets remarried with another woman and if mother gets remarried with another man, what will be the right of 4 year old innocient child of them ? Eventhough, the mother has taken the responsiblity and father has no objection for this and he gave away his right to visit his biological son. Apart from parents, who will take as gurardianship as per the court of Law ? and where they have to apply for gurardianship in family court/civil court ?
