Guidance solicited

My two WPs are pending in the Hon'ble HC Lucknow, one for correction of my date of Vol Ret from 19.3.94 (erroneously fixed by the DRM/NR/Lucknow) to 30.8.1993, (as it should be according to legal position and Rly Rules), the other is for releasing payment of my retiral dues, withheld illegally by the DRM/NR/Luck. The two are clubbed together.

I want guidance for drafting and filing a letter-petition electronically before Hon'ble Supreme Court, for directions to the Hon'ble HC Lucknow to dispose of the WPs without further delay.
