My marriage was as per Hindu act. My hubby n in laws are staying in Rajasthan n I am from Gujarat. Since 2 months my hubby is giving me dates butnot coming to take Mr back to matrimonial home....none of fly members neither my hubby or Mil or Sil is picking phone or reply sms or calling us . Since 1 week of my marriage behaviour is full of mental torture.... hubby has not registered our marriage nor has he himself got marriage album nor has let photographer provide us our copy of snaps. Pls guide what action we should take legally ....as it seems they dont want me back home...

Just try to contact your husband and in laws and ask them what they want? Just try to verify what they are thinking ? May be they are folling you as you dont have any marriage proof ? registration of marriage is now compulsory just ask them to regsiter your marriage .First confirm your in laws stand and strategy. If they are not contacting you and picking you to there just file dowry/harassment complaint in your local police station in gujrat and give then address.Police will himself bring them to your place and whole matter will get clear.

We always had fight for non registering of our marriage..n for not getting or let us get marriage snap. The whole fmly always keep mum never pick phone.... so u mean filing police case in Guj will make them visit Guj for sure?

1) We tried to get it registers here in Guj but office ppl said now as per law where marriage is performed only there it has to be registered n both bride n bridegroom has to be present n sign form. So its not registered . 2) Mil never pick phone... I gv him call in office lanline he scolded me n ...bang phone. He SMS me when I gv him call continuasly but that also 1 in 3 weeks. We think they Dont want me back .pls guide as my whole jewellery clothes are with in law a home cause I believed him but he has shattered me n my trust....
