We have a SSI Unit manufacturing Plastic Packaging materials. It had pbtained Consent from the Pollution Control Board, NoC was not required as was exempted from that requirement.
That SSI is likely to be SME ( bcoz or the reason that we wish to expand our production).
In that case shall w apply for Consent only or now we are further required to apply for NoC as well?
Any refence material will b highly appreciated.
