any one can file against the person who was detained and not produced before the court within 24 hours

the documents involved are pertaining to the dentention and case papers

Two years before I came out from my husbanfsd house and filief a case against him and his family members in a women's police Station.then he gone to court for divorce .from the date of applying divorce I refused to show my son. Now he got an exparte judgement against me due to my comtionious absense.around 180 days had gone after the jidgement he again tortured us to show the kid to him .for that hwe targets my family memebers to file a habeous corpus petion to show his son . How can we avoid this. We wish to prevent my brother but the same time we don't want to show my kid to him. I also want to re live with him .pls suggest
