hand written will

if a person make a hand written will for his own earned property with mutual consent of his legal hier's signature and witnesses signature at the time of will, is it consider as valid document or somebody can challenge it? can Court accept it?

The will can be handwritten in part or full. A holographic will is valid if it fulfills the conditions of Section 59 of Indian Succession Act, i.e. the person making the will is not minor and is a person of sound mind.

Yes, handwritten ( holographic ) will is as valid and perfect as typed will subject to it should bear signatures of tastetor and two witnesses

Municipal corporation office or Registrar office will accept it or they can ask for probate? it's a case of Madhy Pradesh State.
