Sir,
I am a victim of 498a, 125 and many more. My fater in law have 2 ration cards in 2 states, his son have 2 ration card in 2 states. He has 2 voter identity card in 2 states.
How and where can I complaint for cancellation of 1 ration card and 1 voter id card. and what documents I have to submit for proof. Any criminal action can be lodge against him?

You can give complaint to the commissioner, civil supply department of your state by mentioning ration card numbers on one name. Voters indentity card complaint to the commissioner, Municipal corporation at your location with reference of ID nos.,etc. You may get reward if the complaint is correct.
