Separation is not divorce. Till you get proper divorce from a court of law, she is your wife, not ex-wife.  Remember Gulzar and Rakhi never divorced each other but separated from each other.  Also Rajesh Khanna and Dimple parted ways but not divorced. Talk to her nicely to understand her concerns and try to make her agree for mutual divorce process.

yes it was a biggest mistake i did in my life.. they lied so much with me.. she was engaged with some one else before i got married .. its like some one else spit i threw on my face..

2 crores?  You can do one thing, if you are very smart, bring her back.  It is more economical to keep wife with you and maintain with 500 rs than pay her monthly alimony life long of 7000 rs, or pay one time settlement alimony.  Just start saying yes to her, no matter what she tells, say yes, thats all, and you keep doing what you want.  If she goes to police station, go along with her, tell yes to whatever they tell, and bring her back, keep doing this, till the day fed up she will change herself and dance to your tunes.

Or you can do one more thing, hire one 500 rs lawyer and keep playing date date, your only intention should be to just extend the lenght of case to 7-8 years, she will also grow old, one day she will come for settlement, if alimony is ordered, keep postponing payment till they issue warrant and then pay some money, first enroll yourself in employment exchange as unemployed youth and give that certificate to court, whenever they ask money, you tell you are searching job.  learn to play with law by using loop holes of law.
