Harrassement

Every person is within the ambit of law, and his status rarely matters.  No one is above law and their actions constitute the offense and the evidence and establishment of such sufferance are material.

I and my friends got caught for open drinking in a rural place by a police officer ( si ) along with 2 constables recently. We were polite and answered all the questions they have asked but they man-handled on one of my friends. On that situation the SI passed death threats on us and punced on my friends nose he got nossel fracture and heavily bleeded. For that act they taken us to the nearest police station and gave him basic first aid. Further the SI threatened us to keep calm over that issue. They further passed some death threat comments on us. How can we reach this to higher authorities and how can we file a complaint on them ?
