Have i any right in family property

My grand father M, his unmarried brother P, my father K, my uncle F were equal partners in a firm from 1949 upto 1973 when  P expired. in a rented shop.

In 1975 M expired.

In 1975 my father got this whole business in liew of some part of residential property. he became propritor of the firm.

in 1983 I joined the business and in 1987 the rented shop was purchased by our family/my father in my mother's name. She had/has no income at any time in her life.

I had run the business for 29 years(as salaried manager in the books) when in 2012, I was expelled empty handed from the business/ residence under some family disputes.

What are my rights?

Had your father recieved the business against the share, it becomes the ancestral property and the decendent has a right to claim the share, or partion.
