I have been booked in a case 353, 34 ipc in 2010 july in a criminal court in District court...Along with me my dad and my brother to are also booked under case...Actually we didnt done any wrong with police but they wantedly kept case against us due to bribe given by my father'brother to police(sub inpsector)...But after coming out by taking bail we opposed against Sub inpsector in high court for his illegal action.The case is still in pending..
i am 23 completed btech 72 % IT branch and selected for tech mahindra company...while joining i have to show them passport which is very mandatory..but i cant apply for it due to case against..If i apply for no objection letter from court will judge give permission to me???????? in may i have to go to company ..how can i slove this issue plz help me
