I had purchased Insurance for health cover worth One Lac four years ago, the same was later on enhanced to Rs. 4.0 Lacs, a couple of moths back I had to go for knee replacement, The bill is in xcess of Rs. 3.0 Lacs; the insurance is reducing my claim based on the four years old policy, please clarify my actual entitelemnt. I hear there is some Supreme Court Judgement in the regards
