Whether District Session judge could hold hearing preponed and passed any order without serving notice to the opposite party to be present on the date. If yes, how and please mention the section of the law. If, No, please guide how to resist and null & void the order.

Dear,
DSJ can preponed the hearing by filing an applicaiton beofre him. The copy of the application should be served upon the other counsel becasue without serving the copy the court can not pass any order, if so then it is arbitrary.
