Hearing date in 498 a-if don't attend-urgent pls

Hi All, My wife has filed 498 a & DP 3&4 on me. I went to police station and release on regular bail.Not yet filed charge sheet. Appearence at Magistrate First hearing is completed and second hearing I have this month.Due to some reasons am not able to attending for hearing.

1) Please advise me if I don't attend hearing what will happen?

2)How many hearings court will entertain?

3)what action court will take on me?

4)Please advise me what precautions u want me take?

If you do not appear in the court then the court will issue warrant against you and the police shall arrest you. If you are unable to attend the court because of some reason, then instruct your lawyer to file an application for exemption from appearance on that day.

Hi ,Ok,Thanks for ur quick response. Immeidiately court will issue arrest warrant or After how many hearings court will issue arrest warrant ? because so many people didn't attend for hearing at the time of When I went for first hearing for them what would be the procedure?.Please advise.

Hi, My lawyer is telling hearing on 18.2.2014, but judge told on 17.02.2014 when I went for first hearing.If I go on 18.02.2014, I will miss my hearing.Please advise.
