Hi..
For our property consisting of 6000 sqft land with 2000 bunglow the N.A procedure is just completed and property is on the name of my mother and father. However they both have been deceased post application process. As normal procedure I have to apply to put both their names on 7/12 extract and once thats done again I have put legal heirs names right?
However can i apply to put legal heirs names now only instead of putting my parents names first and then again putting our names? since I belive for name to reflect on 7/12 it takes 3 weeks right? I really dont want to repeat the same process for another 3 weeks.
