My wife filed a complaint against me under 498a, 406 & 34 simultanously she also filed case under PWDVA 2005 for maintainance past two years. She was used to stay in my house which I had already sold to third party before filing cases with her consent. But her unlawful activity break the deal and bank taken the possession of said flat on past Saturday. She shifted to her brothers house.
Now they are trying to shift all the cases at her brother place. Since her brother working with Home Department in State Government having clot with top official.
My query is : whether criminal cases get transfer at last stage or in the middle to other juridiction ?
