Wife had filed 498a against me and parents on may 2012. We filed a mutual divorce on 6 jan 2015. We were not aware of wife filed 498 case. After mutual i came ti know.wife ready to cooperate and withdraw 498. She given an application in police station where case was filed.police accepted application.piluce also took a copy of mutual application fir divorce.chargesheet filedvor not , not aware. Pls advice can police wuthdraw fir...i wil b quashin the fir in hc also.pls advice
