I was falsely implicated in 498a and related section. Chargesheet is filed. After getting the copy of fir and chrgesheet my advocate suggested to file in mumbai high court, nagpur branch for quashing the chargesheet. It is in process. after the ruling I propose to file defamation suit and get the compensation against harasement and mental agny. kindly suggest how much amount should claim
