Simply LLB won't help for a high profile legal job also required is specialisation in a particular branch of corporate law along with loads of 3 to 4 yrs of experience.

Dear All,

What our seniors have told us that initially we have to devote whole heartedly 10 years for learning the drafting skills, research work, court craft & procedure and then there will not be any looking back.

Hope I have made myself amply clear that patience is not only a virtue it is an asset as well.

Best regards

Daksh.

doing llb at the age of 28 is very much appropriate and it is not too late.

It is not the question of age only the thirst for knowledge to acquire the requisite skill sets to earn success.  It is a well known fact that Success factor for any advocate can never be 2-minute noodle or a 5 minute Instant Coffee.  Title of this thread sounded like SOS. Any law aspirant needs to browse every link of this LCI site to learn and earn the tricks of the trade.  All the very best.
