Help me ..... from 498a

This is a sad story of me , I am married in dec’11 and after almost after 2 years of marriage, wife filed 498a, DP 3 and 4 on me and my parents in sep’13 and also DVC case for maintain ace in feb’14 My father was arrested and send to remand , and remaining got anticipatory bail from Andhra Pradesh high court. In 498a case we filed quash petition, but nothing happening in the highcourt from the past 8 months. DVC case I did not take notices from court and not attending court . Till now from my wifw side no one came for any talks or any settlements. Now recently my wifes parents approaching our relatives for settlement , we are not ready for any settlement as we are very much troubled by them. What can I do to save my family from these false cases and how can I take revenge on my wife and her family? Please suggest …… some one

Quashing is not easy. Please file Speedy Trial With top priority.

Please also file counter FIR / NC by you and your parents stating her malicious intentions and defamatory intentions against her to the police station.

Getting discharged from a criminal case is usually difficult. Since you are not willing for an amicable settlement, the only option left to you is to prepare your defence from all angles and fight the case during the trial on merits and get acquittal.
