(1.) Please write a letter to your local SP mentioning the threats from wife and in laws about implicating false dowry case against you and your family and you and your family has the threat to life from your wife and in laws

(2.) Get Anticipatry bail

(3.) seems like your wife is in adultry with someone, try to find out her mobile call records and any other means to prove adultry.

Yesterday my mother made a complaint to the local women's police station regarding that my wife threatening like that , and after the inspector investigated our slef and adviced that file a divorce case in court and let meet her in court like that .

and i have a CSR copy as well reg the complaint which we gave against her in the police station .

And my another question is my mother in law only creating a problem in my life she is telling lot of wrong thing to her daughter about me and makine my name bad around her and with my family .

So whether any possibility is there to file a case against my mother law regarding that she making me mental disorder, and making me feel daily and even she told whatever i am not talked words to their relative like this . Pls advice and help me on this

Hi Ram,

in almost all the cases the trigger is in the hand of gir's mother / father, but you can use it as weapon.

How?

(1.) call your mother in law with auto call record on (without even let anybody know about this) and tell her about all behaviour of your wife and wisely instigate your mother in law so that she threaten your or misbehaving you.

(2.) after this write registered letter to your mother in law asking for help in making your mariied life happy and complaints about your wife's cruelity / ill behaviour and seeking her help to make your wife understand. -- I am sure she will not respond to these letter but these along with call records can be used as proof in your divorce case ojn cruelity ground or any other cases.

But my mother in law talked harshly one time with me , i recorded that voice in my phone . And she is not good to read the letters .

Whether is any law is there to file a case against my mother in law reg that she causing bad name on  my individuality and making my name bad around other pupil .

If you have decided to part ways with her, file a divorce suit under cruelty and be prepared to take on alimony cases to come by.

maintenance case, wherein court may ask you to pay her every month, depending upon education, work status of both of you. alimony or all is money, if relations are bitter. if sweet then money is nothing!

Thanks , But i am not did anything wrong . Whatever they are telling all are their imagination . I sufferred mentally disturbed and my family crying every day becos of their . So how come i need to give maintenance .

Whether any other way to handle this ???

you all need to be patient and courageous.

you don't need to give maintenance or anything till there is a court order which takes time. let the court order. whatever they may say to cops, you, your family, don't succumb. they have to prove it, in court.

This is the Beauty of our women biased Indian Judiciary...In Reality Women Empowerment is only Wife empowerment, other women like husband's mother-sisters are not part of it...
