Help needed: Notice under Bombay Shops and Establishments ac

Dear sir,

section 7 deals with registration of  the shop or establishment under the act within 30 days alongwith the prescribed fees.  Rule 20 states the maintenance of register of employment in form H and rule 5 pertains to leave book to be provided to the employee. 

Could you refer someone who could handle this matter for us?
