My wife loged false 498a/406 against me and my family, the matter was settled in high court mediation centre
After that we filed 482crpc for fir quashing the high court judge orderd "fir to be quashed after divorce by mutual concent"application is penfing amd adjourned sine die
Ok now the problem is i have to apply divorce under 13b and it will be applied in april 2014 after seperation of one year and it will be finalize in october 2014, now police want to file the challan , now the question arise on one side my application is pending for fir quash and if they file challan how wuld my quash be effected as i heard that after challan i have to file for quashing of challan not for fir
Is it i have to move another application for quashing of challan or under same application my fir will be quashed and is it possible to quash fir once challan filed
Plz guide me on this im confused
