1. I paid 2 lakh to a real estate comany in 2011.
2. He kept delaying regn. of the land.
3. so i demanded my money back. he left me hanging.
4. i filed a FIR with court directive to police under sec 420 and 2 more sec i dont remember.
5. he paid 1 lakh in 2015, then gave me a fraud check for another 1 lakh.
6. now hes asking me to come to court with lawyer and he vil give me demand draft for 1 lakh.
is this a good procedure, can i accept this ?
if yes, what exactly should i follow procedures-wise? please advise.
