If she is a working woman, she can go and stay in a working women's hostel. If she feels any threat from either matrimonial home or natal home, she can give police complaint, once such threat is extended to her. As she wants to live separately she can live separately. If her husband wants any legal remedy he will pursue so and she can contest the same.
