My wife left me from August 2013 and filed 498a in September 2013. In May 2014 she filed maintenance case and in July 2014 I filed Divorce in my home town but it got transfer to her town and in September'14 We filed a counter on maintenance with all the proofs and it still going on. From August 2013 I am staying alone. Recently ,last week she filed DV case. DV can be filed after filing 498a? She is a post graduate but no job. Can anyone please guide me. Thanks
