Does opening a clinic come under any bye law in the cooperative housing society, sorry if it's not a legal question i am new to this field hence was not able to find the right medium to communicate with.

How does CHS come in your profession ? CHS is basically formed/ registered for residential purposes where professional services may not be permitted. Contact President / Sectretary of subject CHS.
