Dear sirs,
I have filled a writ petition against my local municipal commissioner to remove the encroachment in front of my house.( encroachment is not residential property. only two encroachers) on 10th feb 2014 order was passed in favouring my plea. Order copy was received on 4.3.2014 by local commissioner and he replies that since the election date was announced we are not able to remove the encroachment due to law and order problem.
Kindly guide what to do.
1) Whether I have to wait till the election........ what are my legal rights
