According to Hindu Law , when two persons offer Pinda to the same ancestor , they are Sapindas to each other.  Two persons would be Sapindas when they have common ancestor.  Section 3 (f) of HMA ,1955 defines Sapinda relationship.

I want to make it clear. Whether they can marry under special Marriage Act or not. Is there other law or rule which override it?

Suraj123456789 (Other)     11 December 2019

Their parents are ready for marriage and I have to suggest them a legal way.
