Hindu Muslim Marriage Problems

Respected Lawyers, I am a girl who accepted Islam 3 years ago. My family is hindu. My parents are not happy with it but anyhow they are living with this fact. Still, I am not Muslim legally. I want to marry a Muslim guy but after talking with some Islamic centers, we are very much tensed. They are not ready to do hindu muslim marriage because they get many troubles because of it. Troubles are created by police and RSS. We want to get married within a month but I am not sure what steps we should take to avoid problems from RSS or police. I am also ready to convert legally but that would also create more troubles. Please tell me the safe and easy way to get married without any problems. And also let me know what documents and conditions are there for marriage. Thank You.

Accepted Islam or converted to Islam/clarify? That makes a lot of difference.

Yeah, I converted to Islam. I consider myself as a Muslim. But legally, I am still hindu.
