Hi Tajob, Can you advice, where do i collect information regarding Arya Samaj marriage procedure in tamilnadu & let me know whether they conduct / accept these kind of marriages. |

1. You have to Google and find local directions yourself. Too much spoon feeding is not necessary here.
2. Arya Samaj Society marries off couples if they are Hindu or convert non Hindus into Hinduism and then conducts such marriages. They donot go beyond these two formalities to know which is which as relationship wise. Both Temple MArriage Certificate as well as Arya Samaj Certificate is legal document of a Marriage for passport / voter ID card / tel. connection / bank account / ration card / name change / birth certificate of child (future) / school - college admission / going abroad (visa if Registered Marriage Certificate is not asked) etc. etc. Here only thing that cannot be done is Registration of Marriage under HMA or SMA. For Registration of Marriage the parties in reference to context needs to convert to Christianity and marry under Christian marriage Laws that is the only difference here.
3. Application of law (validity) comes only when girl or boy later on objects to such marriage post such marriage and institutes a legal case against other.
4. If boy and girl both feels they are mature enough and understand meaning of marriage and feel they should marry inspite of sapinda (prohibited) relationship then they have first legal valid option to marry by converting into Christianity. If they donot want to convert yet want to marry then next two marriage options are to do
5. If boy and girl in reference to context feel their respective relatives (family) will object then no need to go any step further. Law is very clear that sapinda relationship marriage is not legal marriage and either party can dissolve the marriage and free to marry anyone else that is meaning of legality and illegality and nothing more than that for any future purposes. Drop idea of marriage in prohibited relationships if you want Law authentification before marriage in
End of all your self confusions inspite of clear earlier replies.
