Hit a car from behind, and it wasnt my fault

dear neeraj, from ur story it seems that it happen accidently, thats without ur conscious fault,

but it is also true that the incident happened,

so, under law u have to get ur vehicle released through court,

and after presentation of the chargesheet before court, u can releave ur self in 2 ways,

first get the matter compromiesed before court (u need to call the other person for this) and i feel it is the best way,

and the other way is to confess the guilt and u can be releaved wid small fine...

now i am summon came from court & i want to close this case as soon as possible. As i have not harmed any human being but only damaged his car..can you please suggest what should i do. If i accept my mistake how much pennaly count will give me. Please give all scenarios i want to close this case and also that person is not ready to take his complaint back what should i sdoe sir please advice ?

1) What should be the lawyer fees i should give for such incdidences, lawyer is asking whatever comes to their mouth. How do i negotiate and in such cases what should the mimumum amount i should give.

2) Also in how many dates this issue gets resolved. I cannot continue to give lawyer feess if this case does not close.

Can you please suggest any lawyer who can take my case and can finish in 2-3 dates. My case is being heard in greater noida court.

As this case is not complicated i want it to finish it.

Till now i have released my car from court and submiited the same to police station.

Now my bail has to be done and all other steps..........Please suggest any good lawyer.

Also please let me know what all doc or proofs are required for one to get bail from court.
