Hot request ***grandmother property transfer

Hello All,

My grandmother had not written any will or any kind of deed. Actually She has left one piece of land after death. Our father were two brothers, both are passed away, I have some queries on this part now.

  1. Can I get my father land without transferring land from Grandmother to my mother (my mother because father is passed away)?
  2. Will there be charges to transfer the land?
  3. What is process/documents to be done in the delhi magistrate office?
  4. Is there way to keep safe while doing separation from my father brothers (since my fathers were two brother)?

 Thanks for your all kindness.

Regards

Sujeet

what about the children of the other brother of your father.they are also legal heirs of your grand mother

your mother is also a legal heir for your fathers property.so she is also entitled for equal share along with you.if you want to transfer the whole property on your name then your mother must make a relinguishment deed in your favour

Thanks sir for prompt writing to me.

Actually we are four cousin brother, 2 are us and 2 are my uncle sons, we all are ready to transfer the property of my grandmother after her death. my cousins will take property on their name because their parent are not there, i and my real brother want to take our share on our name,

my mother is there, but she is ready to allow us property on our name, please let me know what to do for this particular case. also please let me know how to be careful because my cousins may try to cheat us.

if you want to transfer the whole property on your name then your mother must make a relinguishment deed in your favour.first obtain a legal heir certificate for your father.with that mutate the share of your fathers property on your names
