House purchased

Thanks for reply but here have near 30 house that's all was sold out to other persons and changed names in grama panchayat houses owners list sir the purchasers will have legal rights or not after mutation done in grama panchayath

and as well as we are staying in this house only and all tap and electricity bills all have in the name of my father including property tax also we are paying to gramapanchayati in the name of my father only based on this we have any right to construct one more house in this land or not any legal problems will have choice arrive plz tell me
