I would like to have your valuable suggestion in my personal matrimonial matter at an early date. I would be highly obliged if you suggest the needful in my case to give me a new life. Presently, my daughter, studying in class 3rd, is in very miserable conditions. Her education is getting suffered lots. My daughter was with me and doing her study in the school near my residence in Noida , but suddenly her mother came and took away her from my house to her parents house in New Delhi, with giving a threat to all my family members to face dire consequences in near future.
Here , I would like to mention that our marriage was solemnized in year 2001 at Delhi. Due to so much interference of her parents and her demanding and adamant behaviour, my life had become a hell from the very beginning of my marriage. Even within a two months from the date of marriage , I had to shift my residence in Delhi on her will to pacify the situation, but all got in vain. At several occasions, she called police on frivolous grounds and insulted me before my office colleagues. When situation become so much unbearable, I approached to the Hon`ble court for dissolution of marriage. There, she contested the case with filing criminal cases against me. In the mean time, i got transfer to North-Eastern region. And, thereafter, she apologized before the court, for all her mistakes and promised that she will perform all matrimonial obligations in future. Then for the sake of better future of my daughter, I also made compromised and left the Delhi to NE region with them. But, after staying in 2-3 months, she again repeated the same behaviour and completely ruined my life. She never cooked for me even that time when I become ill in North-Eastern region, she harassed me as she had capability to do.And, that occasion, when I visited to Noida for treatment of my severe illness in month of march 2013, she left my residence and never come back. Even, she had not accompanied with us to going back to North-Eastern region, while she was very much aware that appearing of my daughter in the final year exams in North-Eastern region School was very much necessary for her promotion to higher class.Then, I had to go back to North-Eastern region with my 7 yrs old daughter only. And there, I was the only person there, who performed all duties of mother and father for my daughter with my official duties. In May,2013 I transferred back to Delhi and thereafter I enrolled my daughter in Noida School. But suddenly her mother came and took away her from my house to her parents house in New Delhi, with giving a threat to all my family members to face dire consequences in near future. Now presently , my daughter is not going to any school so her future seems in dark. Please help me for the sake of my daughter......
