I am surety in criminal case of cheque bounce Rs 100000. I want withdraw my surety .

Serve the accused a legal notice and ask him to arrange some other surety. You need to produce the accused before the concerned Magistrate from where bail was granted and thereafter file a petition u/s 444 of cr.pc. Thereafter it is for the acused who need to apply for fresh bail with new surety. But remember one thing, you need a solid ground to get discharged from surety and Court have discretionary powers to allow it.
