how is disinheritence of a child by parents is executed and which process makes it legally valid

What is disinheritance of child?

You mean disowning the child by parents?

There is no provision in law for this proposal

One cannot disown his children only disinherit them and that he can do by making Will of all his properties and wealth in favor of someone else, the Will can be got registered with Sub-registrar of the district. The national newspaper notifications in this regard can also be published and copy of the same be attached with the registered Will.

It can happen when the children act irresponsibly, making debts in their name, and borrowers advance huge amounts depending on the parent's wealth and status. It all depends on such facts in case of self-acquired property of parents to escape from such borrowers of their children.
