How long would take earliest for divorce

On the ground of desertion you can claim the divorce

The Hindu Marriage may, on a petition presented by husband, be dissolved  by a decree of divorce on the ground that wife has deserted the petitioner for a continuous period of not less than two years immediately preceding the presentation of the petiton. 

there is not time limit , but if ur wife agrees for a mutual divoerce than u will get it in around 6-7 months but if she will deny than it can take upto 1-2 years

 I believe if wife is agree then there is some logic to fool the court by back date or something else.

Thanks for your thought.Infact,i would like to know how long would take if i procced through mutual agreed by my ex wife?please suggest me expert divorce lawyer in delhi as well.As my passport is going to finsh and i have to renew it within short time and its neccessary to delete my ex wife name from it.
