Dear Experts,
I am Nepali Citizen having Nepali Passport, I have been working in India since past 6 Years, Though for Nepali Citizen who holds Nepali Passport working visa or any kind of visa is not required to visit and work in India, But I face difficulties to apply /obtain visa when i have to travel overseas in business trip...... and i also want to settle down in India.
I dont have clue how to proceed to get the Indian Passport, I want to have one.
As i have been staying in company provided Guest House, i dont have residence proof documents as such.... but i have followings documents.
1. PAN Card
2. IT returns for last 3 financial years
3. Company letter
4. company ID Card.
5. Bank Accounts & credit cards etc...
I would be obliged if somebody can guide me how and where i can apply to get Indian Passport. Shall i be qualified to apply? what are the criteria...
