i want to know how can i prevent myself from loging FIR under IPC 366 . i love with a girl whose age is 20yrs and my age is 25 years we both love each other and want to marry. but problem is that girls father not agree with us because of cast determination. we want to marry with each other. please suggest us how can we marry that their is no FIR of kidnaping been logged againts me.
Girl is major in your case if her father files FIR then she tell the police that she is not kidnapped or abducted nothing will go against you.
Moreover being adults you have guys have all fundamental right to choose partner of your choice and live with him/her.
