How soon 2nd motion date given by court?

Attendance very much required for 2nd motion by the appelant.  otherwise you wont get divorce, second motion date is given on 1st motion date itself.

Agreeing with gyan.the second motion is usually six months from first motion but on application can be extended for another six months or eighteen months from the date of filing the MCD application
