The point my family and I are humiliated by the behaviour of the girl and her family and as suggested by one of the experts I am planning to file a judicial separation also wait for another 7 months and file for divorce . she is already gone and I have no contacts with her

Even for judicial separation you have to wait for that one year period of marriage/separation.
