How to ask court to start trail in false 498a cases

How to request the Court to start the trail or to request to send summons to the Complainant to start the proceedings in false 498A, If i am not mistaken, there is Section in Cr P C for this request. Please suggest

The sections 177-211 in IPC fall under section 340 CrPC. Please go through Section 195 and 340 Crpc and ask your lawer to file cases under this section.

Make sure you have enough prrof to counter the wife's allegations.
