Hello there,
Can anyone tell me the legal way by which I can change my mothers name completely in Date of Birth cerificate ?
FYI, as per 1969 act of births and deaths, complete name CANNOT be changed in birth certificate
But I do really want to change mother's name as my passport application is on hold due to this.
Please guide me.
