My name is Kavya. K.Mudrabettu. My name in the Leaving Certificate is as M.K.Kavya with the middle name as M.V.Kiran and without Last name. This is because my mother didn't like our surname. As i grown up now i am facing a lots of problems because of my name. i want to change it. how can i? what is the procedure for it? and what are the documents to be required for it and is there any online facility where can i go through it and can change as i am doing articles under a CA in Bangalore and my native is Dharwad-Hubli. please let me know.
