How to complete 7/12 entry for online records

You have to submitted an application affix court fee stamp, regarding mutation for your said plot duly attached with an affidivat , photocopy of sale deed , before The tehsildars court .

The certified copy of sale-deed and application for taking mutation & issuance of 7/12 of purchased property to be given to Village Revenue Officer (Talhathi), he will mutate your effect of purchase and thereby issue a 7/12 of your own name .  He will issue 7/12 after some days i.e 15 days statutory period only as he has to wait for anybody's objection is there or not.  He has to adhere, the Gujrat land revenue code or laws as applicable in Gujrat state.

Thank you very much for your kind advise in this matter.

After mutation, you will be issued your separate 7/12 of NA Plot.  Once 7/12 is issued , your title is clear and confirmed.  Also every year you are liable to pay NA tax to the Talhathi concerned .

Statutory period is of 35 days , It is the period if any body have any objection regarding this land , they may raise their objection with in this period of time . If no objection raise in this period then mutation is done in favour of you , you will get a copy for that ,you can also get printout copy of it.
