How to execute a will

my father has passed away recently. he has written a will for a property fully owned and acquired by his own income. The will is in my mothers name. Me and my sister have no objection to this . we want the property to be registered and transfered in my mothers name. we are hindu by religion.

how to get the wille executed? does any body else come into picture?

what is the process for getting the property transfered in my  mothers name? and how long will this procedure take in delhi courts..

if delhi is metro city then you have to apply for the probate in the court and then execute the will

Due to differences in our household, my father is planning to execute a will in favour of me, by transferring his house

( constructed out of my father's income), in my name. We are two brothers who are married, I being the younger one. Kindly clear the following doubts:

after the will is executed,

(a) will I be the sole owner of the property (namely our house)?

(b) will my elder brother or his family have any legal rights to claim after the will is executed? How can i vacate them?

(c) as per my father's wishes, he wants to donate this house for a charitable trust/NGO (like old age home/for cancer patients) etc. In such a case how do I effect this transfer, what are the procedures involved?
