police will say that MANY PEOPLE SEX WITH EACH OTHER AND MANY ABORTS THEIR BABY. SO WHAT? POLICE WILL SAY THAT IT IS A PERSONAL MATTER. POLICE DO NOT TAKE ANY COMPLAINT FOR THIS. VERY SORRY TO SAY.

Police are also a part of the society and are aware of the social culture. In our society the police cannot knocks the door of a person and tell him that they have complaint that your daughter had s*x with XYZ and you must marry her with him only as he has gained advantage against all other bachelors by having s*x with her. Such action of police will be higly criticised and they know very well that when action is taken against them you will nowhere to be found to help them save their career.

You are having a recording of voice. You do not know if the voice sample fails due to negligence/connivance of the forensic experts wheat multiple charges you will face.

You have not epxlaint what "unoffical marriage" is. Is it not a cas that you believed that lady to have been legally married to you while not being so and had s*x with her. In such case do'nt you think that you may land in rape allegation abd your recording of the lady believing you to be husband (as you claim), while not being husband will act as a proof against you.
