Hi,
My wife filed a 498a, DP 3, 4 against seven members of my family, in this case she faked that her father had given 18 lacs of dowry, 5 lacs worth of gold and 1 lac to my sister.
Marriage held in Feb, 2012, she had filed 498a in June 2015 and I had filed tax evasion petition last month.
My father in law is a farmer, they are poor and I didn't take a single penny from them.
My goal is to prove that they didn't give any dowry, I mean there is no source of money and there were no transactions happened
Now I am planning to file the RTI to get the status of my Tax Evasion Petition.
What exactly i need to ask them which I can use in the court to prove that they haven't given any dowry?
