Need guidance on filing SLP in SC in the month of Dec 2011.
SC will hear till 16th & filing till 24th. Are there specific filing/hearing dates for SLPs/TPs/Writs?
1.How much time does it ususally take from diary no to filing no to actual hearing?
2. Are there any services available who can assist in case papers preparartion (translation etc)so that once case is ready it can be given to advocate -on-record to file in SC.
Reason: It is said that file preparation alone costs 25k as many papers need to be translated & 7 sets are required.
3. Will using diary number of SC the proceedings in lower court can be paryed to be put on hold. (Reason: Suppose the case does not gets heard this month & lower court which is working till 28th Dec pass any adverse order then what to do?)
